LEAP® (Listen-Empathize-Agree-Partner) is an evidence-based SAMSHA communication tool designed for those working with and caring for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Youth Mental Health First Aid is designed to teach parents, family members, caregivers, teachers, school staff, peers, neighbors, health and human services workers, and other caring citizens how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) who is experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge or is in crisis.

Affirmations Community Center will provide a comprehensive training and education curriculum focused on key topics, including but not limited to; foundational LGBTQ+ knowledge, clinical competencies, community history, trauma-informed care, and best practices for interventions tailored to LGBTQ+ clients.

¡¡¡Exclusivamente en OCHN!!! En este seminario web aprenderás a controlar y prevenir el miedo a hablar en público. Descubrirás cómo canalizar tu nerviosismo, conectar con tu público y utilizar el lenguaje corporal para sentirte más seguro ante los oyentes.
Este taller profundiza en conceptos relacionados con los prejuicios implícitos. Un prejuicio implícito es una asociación, creencia o actitud inconsciente hacia cualquier grupo social. Se han aprobado 2 créditos de formación continua (CE) relacionados con el trabajo social y el MCBAP.

Talleres mensuales (salvo que se indique lo contrario) sobre diversos temas y cuestiones relacionados con los trastornos por consumo de sustancias.
