This training will provide an overview of Trauma-Informed Care: What is trauma, the impact of trauma, recognizing signs & symptoms, and preventing re-traumatization in one's work with individuals who have experienced trauma.
WELLE Verbal Skills training is a crisis intervention model that stresses both pro-active and "in the moment" verbal safety approaches that are appropriately matched to the level of behavior seen in other individuals. This training will teach specific verbal techniques when confronted with the escalating behaviors.

Ethics for Social Workers and SUD Professionals – 9/14/26 -9/15/26
This is a virtual Ethics course that is 9am-12pm on MONDAY AND TUESDAY. Participants MUST attend both days to get credit and CEs. Participants will receive a link to the sessions 24-48 hours prior. 6 Social Work and MCBAP-specific CEs are offered for those attending the FULL session.
