          The Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) Mental Health School Navigators (MHSN) provide mental health, intellectual/developmental disability, and substance use outreach/resources to Oakland County schools.

          Mental Health School Navigator Program

          SMHNs connect youth and families to behavioral health, intellectual/developmental disability, and substance use supports, as well as financial assistance.

          • Reduce barriers to mental health, intellectual/developmental disability, and substance use services
          • Increase awareness about service availability

          • Assist students in transition with connecting to home and community-based supports
