As dedicated, expert professionals, we provide, oversee, and manage a recovery-oriented system of care.

          Insurance and Funding Options for Uninsured Patients

          All of the Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) programs are available to both insured and uninsured individuals.

          Overview

          Oakland Community Health Network’s (OCHN) Substance Use Disorder Prevention and Treatment Services (SUD) team is dedicated to helping individuals in Oakland County become educated on, and receive treatment and recovery support for, substance misuse. The SUD team is comprised of dedicated, expert professionals that provide oversight and management of federal and state funds that support a recovery-oriented system of care.

          If you or your loved one is experiencing a medical emergency due to substance misuse, please call 911 or go directly to your local emergency department for help.

           

          Sober Support Unit (SSU)

          Individuals seeking help can come to the Sober Support Unit for access to substance use treatment.

          This unit provides immediate access to withdrawal management and residential services, operating 24/7, 365 days a year with no pre-screening or appointment required. Bring any belongings needed to go directly to treatment.

          Housing Assistance Fund

          The Housing Assistance Fund Initiative is to provide individuals who are currently receiving outpatient services within the Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) substance use disorder (SUD) network to overcome barriers to obtaining housing.
