          Recovery Services

OCHN embraces services outside traditional treatment to assist people with the recovery process.

          Overview

OCHN supports its residents on their journey to recovery, or their journey to improving their health and wellness, to reach their full potential. Everyone’s recovery journey is unique and may involve multiple services, which is why providing people safe places to turn to is crucial.

If you or a loved one is interested in learning more about a recovery coach, please contact your treatment provider.

          Recovery Coach

Through its community providers, OCHN’s treatment network offers recovery coaches, or people with lived experience traveling to recovery, that an individual can choose to bring onto their care team for additional support.

          Recovery Housing

Recovery houses are drug-and alcohol-free residences where individuals can recover from their substance use disorder safely, with support. OCHN has contracts with providers to strategically place recovery houses in areas of need.

Recovery housing does not require OCHN access or assistance. Select any of the housing options in the OCHN SUD Brochure and contact them directly.

          Housing Assistance Fund

To apply for assistance, talk to your OCHN SUD provider to begin the application process.
