Three (3) SW CEUs. In person safeTALK is a half-day training program that teaches participants to recognize and engage persons who might be having thoughts of suicide and to connect them with community resources trained in suicide intervention.
Monthly (except as indicated) workshops on a variety of SUD topics and issues. Workshops will be virtual using Teams. Workshops are Thursdays at 6:30pm-8:00pm. 1.5 MCBAP CEUs

This training will provide an overview of Trauma-Informed Care: What is trauma, the impact of trauma, recognizing signs & symptoms, and preventing re-traumatization in one's work with individuals who have experienced trauma.
WELLE standard training is a crisis intervention model that stresses both pro-active and "in the moment" verbal and physical safety approaches that are appropriately matched to the level of behavior seen in other individuals. This training will teach specific verbal techniques and releases when confronted with the escalating behaviors. 12 Social Work CE's.
