This training explores the complex layers of culture and identity through the IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access) lens. Participants will engage in reflective exercises, interactive discussions, and real-world scenarios to better understand how cultural dynamics influence interpersonal relationships, workplace practices, and organizational systems.
Through this deeper dive, attendees will:
- Examine their own cultural perspectives and biases
- Explore how systemic inequities are sustained through cultural norms
