MHFA – Adult (In-person) 5/20/26
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an evidence based training program that teaches adults how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. The program is designed to build mental health literacy and provide an action plan for safely and responsibly addressing potential mental health or substance use challenges. MHFA uses real world examples in a supportive learning environment to prepare participants to use the ALGEE action plan, which can be applied to assist family members, neighbors, coworkers, community members, or strangers experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis.
