          For more than 15 years, ast has helped children with Autism succeed in school and in life. Ast offers aba programs to support individuals age 18 months to 21 years.           We provide vocational skill-building in a community-based format that focuses on volunteerism, consumerism, relationship-building, and exercise. For self-determined individuals, we provide on-site skill building with a curriculum of ten learning goals. We also have an active supported employment division that places individuals in competitive integrated worksites with amazing job coaches. Dutton Farm developed strict safety precautions in March, 2020 based on recommendations from the CDC, MDHHS, and the Office of the Governor of Michigan. These safety standards have been implemented and vigorously enforced continuously to date. These safety standards include face masks, continuous cleaning, hand sanitizer, and social distancing. We developed a telehealth group that receives virtual skill-building daily with an interactive curriculum using video, ZOOM chat, and manipulatives provided by Dutton Farm.

          Easterseals Michigan provides comprehensive in-home and center based ABA services to children and families with autism. Our ABA centers are located in Southfield and Waterford. Occupational Therapy is also provided at our Waterford location and Speech Therapy is provided in Water and Southfield. We accept most insurances for all services provided.           Freedom Work Opportunities, Inc. offers community-based skill-building opportunities and Supportive Employment in group and individual settings along with job development, coaching, and follow-along services.           Lahser Prevocational offers Vocational and Community Based services for individuals with disabilities. We have two locations in Troy Michigan and Clarkston, Michigan. Our locations offer an academy-style approach to services offering programs such as Culinary Arts, Art Endeavors, microbusiness opportunities, and Health and Fitness. Lahser also offers a variety of weekly integrated activities for those individuals who chose to be in the community. Lahser Prevocational puts safety first. We have implemented a Covid 19 Site Specific plan that outlines a strategic preparedness and response plan which allows us to safely provide services to the individuals we serve.

          Life Skills Center

          Skill building and supported employment program focused on quality community integration efforts. Capacity reduction, use of PPE (including face masks/shields at all times), enhanced cleaning measures. Access to the community is highly limited due to current ongoing COVID measures. Our hope is to gradually scale these efforts up in the coming months as the vaccine is distributed and we begin to near herd immunity.

          Meadowlark Home Care is a six bed specialized residential home. We provide services for individuals with Mental Illness and/or Developmental Disabilities twenty fours hours a day seven days a week. We offer assistance with ADL's medication administration and all personal care services to include transportation to all appointments and community access. We are currently seeking two part-time weekend positions one from 7 am to 9 pm and one from 9 pm to 7 am and one full-time Manager position Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm.
