
Trisha Zizumbo
- Chief Operating Officer (COO)

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN), Ms. Zizumbo leads OCHN’s operations, programs, and services. As part of the executive leadership team, Zizumbo plays a vital role in shaping and advancing the organization’s goals, mission, and future. She will also actively participate in local, state, and national workgroups.
Ms. Zizumbo joined OCHN in October 2018 and has since actively engaged with providers and community partners to identify ways in which OCHN can collaborate with county leaders and residents. Prior to serving as COO, Ms. Zizumbo was the Director of Training and Justice Initiatives at OCHN. In addition to overseeing these departments, she has led several initiatives to enhance OCHN’s mission and vision, such as the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) workgroup, Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Training, Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM), and more.
Formerly, Ms. Zizumbo worked for the Oakland County Health Division, Oakland County Children’s Village, and Ionia County Health Department. Zizumbo is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®). She holds a Master of Administration (MSA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Education and Spanish, both from Central Michigan University.
