With more than 25 years of experience in public behavioral health, I bring a unique combination of frontline service expertise and executive leadership to my role as Deputy Chief of Executive Operations. My career began as a Direct Support Professional, providing me with firsthand knowledge of the challenges, opportunities, and impact of person-centered services.

Throughout my professional journey, I have held leadership positions that have strengthened my expertise in operational management, strategic planning, organizational development, and service delivery. My educational background, combined with extensive experience across multiple levels of the behavioral health system, has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of both the operational and clinical aspects of care.

As Deputy Chief of Executive Operations, I work to align organizational strategy with effective operational practices, ensuring that services remain focused on the needs of the individuals and communities we serve. My ability to bridge frontline perspectives with executive decision-making allows me to support innovative solutions, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
