Nicole R. Williams

As the Deputy Chief of Human Resources for Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN), Nicole R. Williams provides strategic leadership for the organization’s human resources functions. As a member of OCHN’s executive leadership team, she partners with organizational leaders to develop workforce strategies that support OCHN’s mission, strategic priorities, and continued growth.

Nicole joined OCHN in November 2024 and has led numerous initiatives focused on strengthening HR operations, modernizing workforce practices, and supporting significant organizational and workforce growth.

Prior to joining OCHN, Nicole held executive and senior human resources leadership roles across healthcare, government, public education, manufacturing, and hospitality organizations. Her experience spans more than two decades and includes leadership in employee and labor relations, talent management, organizational development, compensation, compliance, and workforce transformation.

Nicole holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Davenport University and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She remains passionate about supporting employees and leaders who serve their communities and advancing workplaces where people and organizations can thrive.
