Visiting the OCHN Administrative Offices in Troy
Arrival Instructions
- The OCHN administrative offices are located at 5505 Corporate Drive Troy, MI 48098
- Please enter through the visitor entrance on the north side of the building and proceed to the reception desk at the center of the building.
- The health and safety of all visitors and staff are a top priority at Oakland Community Health Network. If you are feeling ill, it is strongly recommended that you reschedule your meeting or do not attend any training.
