Meet OCHN's Director of Training & Education


Trisha Zizumbo, MSA, CHES® is the Director of Training at Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN). She is a strong leader with a demonstrated history of working in health education, training, communications, public speaking, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to joining OCHN in 2018, Trisha worked for Oakland County Health Division, Oakland County Children’s Village, and Ionia County Health Department. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) with over 16 years of experience, including leading and managing health education and public relation programs on a variety of topics such as public health, mental health, substance use disorder, and suicide prevention. Trisha has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education and Spanish, as well as a Master of Administration degree with a concentration in health administration, both from Central Michigan University.
