The New Hire Recipient Rights (Face to Face) training is required within first 30 days of employment by OaklandCHN policy. Any questions, please contact the training department at248-858-1795.

Please note that beginning in March 2018 the New Hire Recipient Rights Training will be held at our new building in Troy. We are located at 5505 Corporate Drive Troy, MI 48098. Please DO NOT send any staff or employees to the Crisis and Resource Center(CRC) as we will no longer hold Recipient Rights training classes at that location.

Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) Rights and Advocacy Training Team will continue to institute a first come first served seating for the New Hire Recipient Rights classes.

There is a preregistration process employees can register prior to the training dates atwww.oaklandchn.org then select Training/Training schedule. It is important that prior to all trainings at providers, staff and participants review the OCHN online training calendar to check for any changes to the scheduled trainings.

Walk-in in attendees are welcome to attend until the room is at capacity. Those arriving after seats are full will be asked to attend another training class.
